On June 6th, Guangxi City Vocational University (GXCVU) and Rattana Bundit University (RBAC) held an international education cooperation and exchange meeting at the Kongang campus, signing a memorandum of cooperation. The event marked a significant step in Sino-Thailand educational collaboration.The meeting was attended by ourVice President Liang Hualian, Dean of the College of Continuing Education Liu Fengjiac, and other key officials. Representing RBAC were Executive President Dr. Keerath Sanguansai, Assistant President Dr. Paurin Rattanapian, Director of the Study Abroad Service Center Zheng Zhiyu, Director of the Data Information Center Lim Kee Yoon, Director of the Guangxi Office Guo Huaini, Deputy Director of the Guangxi Office Chang Senhao, and Assistant of the Study Abroad Service Center Chen Yue Hen.

　　Prior to the meeting, the RBAC delegation toured GXCVU, exploring the construction of training bases and the cultural elements of the campus. At the arts and crafts training base, they observed students mastering jade carving in a practical setting. They also visited the Rosewood Culture Center, where they appreciated rosewood's unique charm and the emphasis on cultural heritage and skill education. In the Digital Party History Education Hall, the delegation gained insight into GXCVU's educational ethos of "Three Loves, Three Studies, and Three Competitions" – loving the Party, the country, and the school. This visit highlighted the diverse campus culture through situational education and professional situational teaching.

　　During the meeting, Vice President Liang Hualian warmly welcomed the RBAC delegation and provided a comprehensive overview of GXCVU's history, professional development, international exchanges, and industry-education integration. He emphasized GXCVU's commitment to the national "Belt and Road" initiative, aiming to enhance vocational education's global reach and depth. He expressed the hopesfor a new model of international cooperation with RBAC, fostering mutual development, enhancing education quality, and offering students diverse international learning opportunities.

　　Dr. Keerath Sanguansai, Executive President of RBAC, expressed gratitude for GXCVU's hospitality. He highlighted the enduring friendship between China and Thailand and voiced his admiration for China's "Belt and Road" initiative. Dr. Sanguansai noted the shared educational philosophies and development trajectories of both universities. He proposed developing a "3+1" joint curriculum training model in Business Chinese and other majors, along with deep collaboration in faculty development and professional construction, envisioning a new chapter in educational cooperation.

　　Both sides agreed on the "3+1" and "2+2" curriculum models, aligning with the educational strengths of each university. This cooperation aims to enhance professional development and scientific research collaboration in fields such as culinary arts, tourism management, and hotel management. The universities also discussed future study cooperation, short-term cultural exchanges, resource sharing, and professional co-construction between Chinese and Thai students and faculty. Additionally, they expressed intentions to explore new collaborative directions in engineering fields, including medical health, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and industrial robotics.
